Our Practice

Anson Medical Practice is dedicated to giving the Orange community high-quality comprehensive health care. Owned and run by local doctors since 1953, we often see four generations of the same family, focusing on overall wellbeing and long-term continuity of care. We remain committed to providing up-to-date care and services while maintaining the personalised, friendly aspects of a traditional family practice.

We are fully accredited by AGPAL, meeting rigorous accreditation standards set by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. We are registered for GP Registrar Training, and accept Medical Students for observation visits.

We are a busy practice, with high demand for appointments. We are looking to grow our clinical team, and are interested in talking to clinicians who want to be part of our busy practice as locum GPs, Nurse Practitioners or Practice Nurses.

Note: We are a private practice, which means we charge a fee for the services our GPs provide. We do bulk-bill eligible patients, including pensioners, DVA Veterans, children, and some health care card holders. We require patients to provide evidence of their concession eligibility for bulk billing.

Our Services

Whether you have a sore hip, concerning skin spot, need a routine health check or are managing a chronic condition, we offer a comprehensive range of general medical services to all ages.
