unless eligibility for
bulk billing is provided.

DO YOU BULK BILL?
Bulk billing is only available to children under 16 years of age, Pensioners, Veterans’ Affairs card holders and Health Care Card holders.
​
We do not bulk bill for the Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card.
​
Current evidence of eligibility is required at the time of consultation. Please make sure your concession details are recorded with our reception team. For other patients, full payment is expected according to our fee structure.

Bulk billing is only available at the doctor’s discretion.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
Short Consultation (<6 mins) = $50
Standard Consultation (6-20 mins) = $90
Long Consultation (20-40 mins) = $130
Extended Consultation (40+ mins) = $190

*Fees for Standard appointments at After Hours on-call clinics on:
Saturday = $100.00
Sundays and Public Holidays = $110.00

Medicare rebates are subject to rates and conditions set by the Australian Government.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Fees are payable at the time of consultation by EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard. For your convenience, Medicare claims can be returned to most debit cards at the time of appointment. Otherwise the claim will be electronically transmitted to Medicare and directly deposited into your bank account if you’ve previously registered your bank details with Medicare.

We do not accept American Express.

We do accept cash, however it must be exact as no change is kept on premises.

WHAT IF MY INJURY/ILLNESS IS WORKCOVER or
INSURANCE RELATED?
Medicare and Bulk-billing does not apply for work related or insurance matters.
​
If your injury or illness is related to your work or an accident or injury insurance claim, please advise reception when booking your appointment.
​
Your Employer Insurance and/or Insurance information will be required. Until you have a claim number, all appointments will need to be paid for at the time of appointment.
A fee of $102.00 applies per standard consultation for work related injuries/illnesses.
​
The initial Certificate of Capacity incurs a fee of $51.00 + GST.
Our Doctors charge standard SIRA (State Insurance Regulatory Authority) Workers Compensation rates. These rates are available from the SIRA online list of fees for General Practitioners.

HOW DO I PAY FOR PHONE APPOINTMENTS?
Telehealth (phone) appointments are available at the discretion of the Doctor. These may be bulk-billed for eligible Medicare card holders who have had a face to face consultation with their Doctor at our Practice, in the last 12 months.
​
A fee will be charged where a patient has not been seen within the last 12 months and, this is not eligible for any Medicare rebate.
​
Note: Bulk billed phone consultations will receive an SMS text or Hotdoc notification to fulfil Medicare consent requirements.​
​
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT?
In general, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
​
Please phone our Practice as soon as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you regularly forget and need a reminder, our team can assist with an automatic reminder, or a personal call.
​
In cases where someone fails to attend on a regular basis, despite our reminders and assistance to support them, 3 or more no-shows will result in a $50 admin fee.
​
Appointments can be cancelled by auto-reply to reminder messages or by using the HotDoc app.

Fees may change subject to the doctor's discretion depending on the nature or complexity of your consultation.
Not eligible for a free flu vaccination?
We can provide one for you for $25.50.
