All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential. Information collected is use to manage and address your personal health care needs.

With your permission, we may disclose selected information to various other health services (e.g., Specialists) involved in supporting the management of your health.

All electronically stored information is stored on secure servers based in Australia and are monitored for regular updates and any security concerns.

AI scribes are used in our Practice. All data collected by this software (Lyrebird) is held within Australia and removed from servers outside of our practice within 7 days. Your doctor will discuss the use of the AI scribe at the time of your appointment and you are able to decline its use at any time.
